We founded The Antifragile Academy with the mission to provide proactive, developmentally appropriate, and scientifically-backed training and coaching that targets mental fortitude, well-being and optimal performance behaviors. Further, to promote projects and academic work that further our understanding of antifragility and it’s ability to help humans thrive more consistently.

We want our educational resources to be accessible to all populations in order to foster optimal performance, mental fortitude and well-being and to positively impact the millions of individuals looking to improve with a science-backed curriculum, one-on-one and group coaching, and consulting.

At the end of the day, we are practitioner nerds who are serve the highest end performers and are on a mission to get that science to the populations who need could benefit from it the most.

In doing so, we hope to change the future outcomes of millions of young people, and with that change, play a role in creating a more thriving collective future.
