How do I create an account?

Download My Edge from the App Store or Google Play Store. Open the app and tap Sign Up. Enter your email address, create a secure password, and follow the on‑screen instructions to complete your registration. You’ll receive a verification email to confirm your account.

I forgot my password. How can I reset it?

On the login screen, tap Forgot Password? Enter your registered email address, and we’ll send you a password reset link. Check your inbox (and spam folder). Follow the instructions to create a new password.

How do I update my profile information?

Open My Edge and navigate to Settings from the main menu. Tap Profile or Edit Profile, update your information (name, photo, etc.), and tap Save.

Is my data secure?

We take data protection seriously. Your information is stored securely and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data and only share it with trusted service providers as necessary to operate the app.

How do I delete my account?

To delete your account, go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

Troubleshooting

App Crashes or Freezes

If My Edge crashes or becomes unresponsive, try the following:

  1. Force close the app and reopen it

  2. Check that you’re using the latest version from the App Store or Google Play
