About My Edge
My Edge is a developmental platform designed to help people better understand how stress, challenge, well-being and recovery interact to facilitate growth, and how their personal “edge” changes over time.
Rather than trying to eliminate stress or push constant optimization, My Edge helps individuals stay in relationship with challenge: noticing when it supports growth, when it strains recovery, and when it begins to erode capacity.
Our Mission
Our mission is to help individuals and teams learn how to engage challenge without breaking — and to build durable capacity through awareness, reflection, and choice.
We believe that growth does not come from avoiding pressure, nor from pushing harder at all costs, but from learning how to operate near the edge where stress reliably builds strength rather than eroding it.
The Problem We Solve
Most performance and well-being tools are built to reduce stress, eliminate discomfort, or optimize outputs.
But in real life, and especially in high-pressure roles, stress is unavoidable. What matters is whether that stress is calibrated in a way that builds capacity over time or quietly leads to exhaustion, disengagement, and burnout.
Without clear feedback, shared language, or reflective tools, people are often left guessing where their edge actually is, and systems unintentionally reward patterns that erode long-term performance.
My Edge exists to make those dynamics visible.
How My Edge Is Different
My Edge is intentionally designed around a few core principles:
Non-clinical by design – My Edge does not diagnose, treat, or prescribe
Pattern-based, not judgment-based – insights emerge from relationships between signals, not single scores
Agency-preserving – users remain the decision-makers at every step
Reflective AI – the AI coach notices patterns and asks questions, but never directs behavior
Context-aware – integrates subjective experience with physiological signals when users choose to connect them
The goal is not compliance or optimization, but understanding.

My Edge is built for people operating in environments where performance matters and pressure is real including athletes, C-suite, first responders and teams working in high-stakes contexts.
The core system is domain-agnostic. The same stress and adaptation dynamics show up across sport, work, health care, education, and leadership. Only the language and surface experience change.

My Edge is developed by The Antifragile Academy, drawing on decades of applied work across sport, business, health care, and other high-pressure environments.
The platform is grounded in peer-reviewed research, systems thinking, and real-world coaching practice — not trends, hacks, or motivational pressure.
